- 1 cup-Red cabbage, thinly sliced – SGC# 191245
- Avocado, sliced – SGC# 192607

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Marinate shrimp in olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, tajin, and lime juice for at least 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook the marinated shrimp until opaque and cooked through.
- Peel jicama and cut into thin, pliable slices to use as taco shells.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp in jicama slices, and top with red cabbage, avocado slices, cilantro and top with Tajin.
- Drizzle with additional lime juice and, if desired, add a dollop of Greek yogurt or sour cream.
